Through coaching, we use empowerment strategies to allow the participants to do their best and, in turn, to give it to their students. Communication between participants and their coach is essential, nourished by active listening and open questions, which awaken and strengthen critical thinking and provoke action.  We provide coaching and follow-up to empower and awaken the best of every individual. We support the initiative, creativity and capacities of all. The coaching and follow-up sessions can be individually or grouped, depending on the needs and/or areas to work.
